A comprehensive first meeting to discuss your needs and goals.

The simplest first step. 30 minutes on a call to surface what is eating your time and whether SwellSet is a good fit to fix it. Most of our engagements start here.

What we cover

  • The workflow that's eating your time, in your words, not ours.
  • Whether it's a good candidate for automation, or whether the answer is something else.
  • A rough sketch of what a build might look like, and what tier of engagement would fit.
  • No pressure decision: continue with us, or take the sketch and go elsewhere.

Refund mechanics

The $500 is refundable per the terms shown at booking. If we aren't a good fit, it will be refunded automatically. If we are a good fit, it will be refunded in the form of credit towards a build or implementation.

Tier 02Single solution Custom 1–2 hrs initial · Consult + solution

One workflow, mapped and build scoped.

A focused engagement around a single automation: the workflow you keep meaning to fix but never quite get to. We consult to scope it, build it, and hand it over with documentation.

What's included

  • A scoped consult on the workflow.
  • A single deliverable solution, with pricing, to be built, tested with your data, and documented.
  • Implementation guidance so you can run it without us in the room.
  • A handoff doc and a maintenance window after launch.

Pricing factors

Pricing varies by scope. Typical drivers include: number of integrations, data volume, custom code vs no-code, on-site visit, and expected complexity. Typical pricing range is $800 to $2,000.

Example workflows we've built

  • Property inspection photos. Used AI vision to read unit and door numbers off inspection photos and auto-sort hundreds of images into the right folders, killing an hours-long manual filing job.
  • Scope suggestion at bid time. Flags the work items a contractor is likely to miss on a job before the bid goes out, catching the gaps that turn into unpaid change orders or eaten margin later.
  • Jobsite Spanish for car wash crews. Built a translation tool that gives workers the work-related phrases they need, both how to say them and how they sound, closing the communication gap on the floor without a full language course.
  • Project materials inventory. Tracks materials per project inside the tool, so a contractor always knows what's on hand, what's been used, and what still needs ordering without a separate spreadsheet.
  • AI-assisted materials take-off. Reads a project's scope and auto-generates the materials list with quantities, so contractors stop hand-counting line items off plans and bids go out faster.

The deepest engagement we offer in a single session. 3+ hours, with an on-site visit if you're in the United States. We come ready with a customizable demo build that we adapt to your situation in real time.

  • An on-site assessment of the systems and people the automation will touch.
  • A comprehensive solution. Not a stand-alone automation, but a roadmap across the operations the engagement surfaces.

On-site logistics

On-site available in all 50 states. For California regions including the Bay Area and Sacramento within 100 miles, no travel charge. Outside that radius, an additional travel fee may apply. Alternatively, the session can run remotely with the demo build over video.
